Maria is passionate about loving and living life. She is drawn to the beauty of Cherokee County and would rather be adventuring or working in nature than sitting inside. A woman of strong faith, Maria loves her family. Her son David and daughter-in-law Rebecca have spoiled her with two beautiful grandchildren, Sterling Lake and Phoenix Skye, who live in Broken Arrow.

Some of her many passions are photography, manicuring, gardening on her five acres and listening to a waterfall or the crackling of a campfire. She enjoys people and laughter… and oh yeah she’s know to like it hot (spicy foods that is) as her friends well know.
